TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 12, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- OrderPro Logistics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OPLO) today announced that it has executed a Definitive Agreement to acquire 45% of All Win Alliance, Inc. Located in southern California, the company offers on-site computer networking sales and services, website hosting and design, high speed internet access, and application hosting to B2B (Business to Business) customers nationwide. The company focuses primarily on transportation and related businesses in the southwestern United States.
