Danske Bank, Resignation from the Danske Bank Group management

Søren Kaare-Andersen, chief executive of BG Bank, has resigned from the management of the Danske Bank Group with effect from January 2, 2007, to take up a position outside the Group.
Rina Asmussen, Executive Vice President and head of Business Development of BG Bank, has been appointed temporary head of BG Bank.
