Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act this is to inform Copenhagen Stock Exchange that Mr. Svend Arne Svendsen has reported to BIOSCAN A/S that after sale of shares in BIOSCAN A/S he does no longer own more than 5 per cent of the total share capital and the total number of votes.
