Industry Leader in 3D Technology, TDVision Systems, Inc. Announces Advances to Offerings, Partnerships and Early Adopters

Once Again, TDV "Wows" the Crowds at CES 2007

HINSDALE, Ill., Jan. 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- TDVision Systems, Inc., the leader in design and development of 3D digital infrastructures and visualization systems, is showing the fruits of another year of development, innovations, partnerships and implementation at this years CES 2007 in Las Vegas.

Applications showcased at CES 2007 included TDVision's hardware applications, the TDVCam to record video in High Definition 3D and the TDVisor, a portable and easy to use visor with resolution equivalent to a 72-inch screen at 10 feet of distance. TDVision was also proud to present its Alterspace software: A place where you can go everywhere, do anything, play, learn and work inside a 3D environment. The Alterspace also included the DejaView application, which allows you to playback 3D videos and images on any PC.

TDVision is the only technology simultaneously compatible with 2D infrastructures and also is fully compatible with existing MPEG decoders. It is established and tested in mission critical military applications and electronics. TDVision has also found success in early adoption within the medical community.

"This past year brought many opportunities for TDVision. We are very excited to be working closely with the University of Iowa's Ophthalmology Department in an effort to create the best surgery training possible," said Ethan Schur, Director of Product Marketing of TDVision Systems, Inc. "This is just one example of how the adoption of our 3D technology is allowing us to see it work in real world environments."

After the successful launch last year at CES and named one of the "most compelling technologies of CES 2006" by CNET, TDVision became part of the Intel Software Partner Program and created the TDV Alliance, a collaboration of hi-tech companies working to create an infrastructure that will be the catalyst for TDVision's multi-purpose 3D technology. Integrated Micro Displays Limited, Himax Display, 3D-ETC and The DiMonte Group have all joined as TDVAlliance members.

"We have had an amazing response at CES 2007," said Manuel Gutierrez, CEO and founder of TDVision Systems, Inc. "We continue to gain momentum every day since our launch in 2006. Others have tried to imitate our proprietary technology but they are light years away from where we are right now. After previewing the competition this year we are more certain than ever that there is no comparison to TDVision when it comes to our true 3D HD software and hardware products."

Manufacturers are now focused on upgrading to a world of 3D possibilities. PC manufacturers, with TDVision hardware, can enhance all elements of their products making them instantly TDV ready.

TDVision Systems, Inc. is the owner of several 3D-related patents for proprietary system architectures, which will propel a media breakthrough by providing true 3D through means of this new digital technology. This technology allows the acquiring, emulation and processing of a 3D image from a video stream or computer-generated image. The architecture also allows the use of current existing infrastructures, and with the addition of TDVision's hardware, enables true 3D in High Definition.
