Today, on January 22, 2007 Uldis Priekulis was appointed Managing Director of
Selver Latvia SIA. Selver Latvia SIA is 100% daughter company of A-Selver AS.

Uldis Priekulis has previously worked as the Development Director of Logistics in
RIMI Baltic SIA and also as the Chain Director of Kesko Food SIA in Latvia. Uldis
Priekulis is not a member in any other company's management bodies and does not
own shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
