ExaProtect Appoints Frédéric Saint-Joigny to VP Strategic Alliances

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 -- ExaProtect, a leader in integrated security management, today announced it has appointed Frédéric Saint-Joigny to vice president of Strategic Alliances. Saint-Joigny was previously ExaProtect's vice president of sales since 2003.

Moving forward as VP of Strategic Alliances, Saint-Joigny will spearhead new vendor partnerships and oversee existing relationships that had been originally developed by Solsoft and earlier ExaProtect efforts involving such world-renowned vendors as Cisco, Check Point, HP, Juniper, and Qualys. In October 2006, ExaProtect announced a merger with Solsoft of Mountain View, Calif., the leading provider of security policy change management solutions.

Frédéric Saint-Joigny served as VP sales for ExaProtect for three years before taking his role within the new company composed by the ExaProtect and Solsoft merger. He successfully launched ExaProtect's solutions into the European market, winning the company a market-leading position. Prior to joining ExaProtect, he served in various sales, marketing and general management positions in leading companies such as Check Point, F-Secure, Racal Datacom and Alcatel. He brings 15 years operational experience managing and growing sales for international security vendors in both direct and indirect sales environments.
