(NASDAQ: REXI) (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment of an increased cash dividend on February 28, 2007 in the amount of seven cents per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on February 14, 2007. This new quarterly cash dividend represents an increase of 17% from the Company's former quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share.

The Company has issued a cash dividend for forty-seven consecutive quarters. Currently the Company has approximately 17.6 million shares of common stock outstanding.
