TOWSON, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 20, 2007 -- Eyemaginations, Inc., a full service interactive design and multimedia development firm for the eye care industry, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc. (CZM) to release two new patient education animations.

CZM contracted Eyemaginations to create animations explaining the GDx Scanning Laser Polarimeter technology and Stratus OCT Optical Coherence Tomography, or OCT technology. CZM sought to educate patients on the GDx and Stratus OCT instruments, as well as to reinforce the need for patients to have these tests performed to ensure more comprehensive eye care. Eyemaginations leveraged its creative platform to fulfill this need, producing two segments that combine detailed visuals of the optic nerve and the retinal nerve fiber layer with educational video. The two new animations also include detailed visuals of the Carl Zeiss Meditec devices and the output reports that practitioners review.
