I am pleased to announce that Ms. Kristiina Huttunen, Master of Laws, has been appointed Vice President, Legal Affairs as of March 1, 2007. In addition to the group legal function responsibility Kristiina will act as the secretary to the Amer Sports Board. Kristiina succeeds in this position Heikki Koponen, who left the company 19th of January, 2007 . Kriistina joined Amer Sports group in 2005 and has acted as the Legal Counsel for Suunto since then. Prior to that she worked several years as Legal Counsel for Unilever both in the European and the Finnish organizations.
I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Kristiina on her appointment and wish the best of success in her new challenges.
