In the Annual General Meeting of Martela Oyj on March 20, 2007,Financial Statements of the period 2006 was adopted and the members of the Board of Directors and the managing director were discharged from liability. The Annual General Meeting decided to pay a dividend of EUR 0,25/share. The Annual General Meeting The Annual General Meeting of Martela Oyj was held on Tuesday March 20 2007. The Annual General Meeting adopted the Financial Statements and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the managing director from liability. The proposal of the Board of Directors for a dividend was EUR 0,25 /share and was approved. As members of the Board of Directors were elected Heikki Ala-Ilkka, Tapio Hakakari, Jori Keckman, Heikki Martela, Pekka Martela, Jaakko Palsanen, and Matti Lindström, as a representative of the personnel, in reserve Raimo Santala. Authorized Public Accountant Reino Tikkanen was elected as an auditor of the company, in reserve KPMG Oy Ab. The Annual General Meeting also adopted the proposals of the Board of Directors according to the notice of shareholder´s meetings concerning the authorization to acquire the Company´s own shares and/or to dispose them. The record date for dividend payments is Friday, March 23,2007 and the dividend will be paid on Friday, March 30, 2007.
