Conclusion of a loan agreement

On March 21, 2007 AS Linnaehitus, a wholly owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus, 
and AS Sampo Pank concluded a loan agreement in the amount of EUR 8 947 630.80  
and final repayment date of March 21, 2009. Interest rate is based on six months
Euribor and an undisclosed risk margin.                                         

Purpose of the loan is to finance the construction costs of a 23-storey office  
and apartment building currently under development and construction by AS       
Linnaehitus in Väike-Turu 5, Tartu.
