VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Octopus Protected VCT plc is required to notify the market of the following:
Octopus Protected VCT plc's issued share capital consists of 14,210,083 ordinary shares of nominal value 100p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, currently the total number of voting rights in Octopus Protected VCT plc is 14,210,083.
The above figure (14,210,083) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Octopus Protected plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
