Multimax Wins NETCENTS Order for Extensive Work at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri

Company to Provide Voice, Video, and Communications Support for Combat Information Transport Systems Unit


HERNDON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 3, 2007 -- Multimax, Inc. -- one of the premier resources for performance-based enterprise information technology (IT) and communications services for Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies -- announced today it has been awarded a task order to provide network-centric solutions to the Combat Information Transport Systems (CITS) unit at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB) in Missouri. The task order was issued through the Air Force Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract vehicle.

Under the terms of the order, Multimax and its NETCENTS team partner, Trans-Tel Central, will provide site survey, engineering integration, and installation (SSEI&I) services for an integrated, high bandwidth, information transport system (ITS) that directly supports warfighters' current and future mission requirements at Whiteman AFB. The ITS supports classified and unclassified data, voice, video, sensor, and imagery traffic.
