As announced on 9 February 2007 (2006 Annual Report) and on 28 February 2007
(Announcement of Prospectus), Roskilde Bank A/S carried through a guaranteed
increase of its share capital with preferential rights of subscription for
existing shareholders in the period 12 March - 3 April 2007.
The share capital is increased by 10%, i.e. nominally DKK11,407,320 or 1,140,732
new shares of DKK10.
In the future, the total share capital amounts to nominally DKK125,480,520 or
12,548,052 shares of DKK10.
The subscription period ended on 3 April 2007, and the capital offered has been
fully subscribed without utilizing the guarantee for the total issue furnished
by Nykredit Bank A/S.
The new shares have been subscribed at DKK300, free of charges, providing gross
proceeds of DKK342 million to the bank.
With the capital increase, the bank maintains its solid capital base and
enhances its basis for continued, healthy growth in all its operations.
