BELGIUM, Wis., April 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Mach One Corporation (PinkSheets:MNCN) has finalized a structured financing agreement to accelerate the manufacturing and distribution of its Immunogam(tm) colostrums replacement product for the Dairy Cattle industry.
The main investors in the Mach One subsidiary VDx, Inc. (www.vetdx.biz) have committed a debt facility to accelerate growth of the company's business. In addition, further debt-only financing arrangements have been made for the continuance of successful expansion of VDx's business model.
The management of Mach One believes that these financing arrangements provide VDx with a stable capital structure and appropriate resources to be used in the initial expansion phase of its manufacturing and distribution facilities. Mach's objective in the future is to appropriately finance its business through a mix of equity financings and revenue, which gives the company an optimal basis for growth without diluting shareholder's value.
"This financing of one million dollars, from a private investor to specifically construct our second manufacturing facility in California, where over 2 million cows reside in dairy operations, will allow VDx to accelerate the manufacture and distribution of our Immunogam(tm) product to the customers already in our pipeline," said Monte Tobin, CEO of Mach One Corporation. "This funding will also allow our marketing process to be accelerated--this will allow us to get our message out to the Dairy Industry and hopefully result in increased revenues on a quicker timeline. This financing follows up on the $325,000 raised by our partner, Charles Morgan Securities in December 2006 and adds strength to our financial position."
