Epolin, Inc. Announces $0.02 Regular Annual Cash Dividend to Be Paid May 14, 2007


NEWARK, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2007 -- EPOLIN, INC. (OTCBB: EPLN) (www.epolin.com) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.02 per share regular annual cash dividend which shall be paid on May 14, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2007.

The Company reported that this dividend represents the second regular annual cash dividend declared by the Board of Directors pursuant to the Company's dividend policy which was announced on April 6, 2006. The first regular annual cash dividend was paid on May 1, 2006 and was also in the amount of $0.02 per share. Following the May 1, 2006 dividend, the Company paid a special $0.02 per share cash dividend which was paid on January 3, 2007.
