SELVER EXAPNDS SALES AREA IN JÄRVE CENTRE

On April 18, 2007 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS and AS Silikaat concluded a contract
for expansion of the current lease area of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, in Tallinn
Pärnu road 238. The construction works will be carried out by AS Silikaat and
the lease area will increase by 3178 sq m. A-Selver AS, daughter company of
Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, will start to operate on the constructed area with an
aim to expand the current sales area of Järve Selver by 1840 sq m. 
The extension will opened in summer 2008.
