At Ramirent’s Annual General Meeting the proposed fourfold of the company’s number of shares through a free issue whereby shareholders receive three (3) new shares for every share held was approved. Record date is April 24, 2007. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Ramirent.
