NOTICE ACCORDING TO SECURITIES MARKET ACT CHAPTER 2 SECTION 9 CONCERNING CHANGE IN SHARE OF OWNERSHIP

FIM Varainhoito Oy has announced that the total share of ownership from the     
capital of Martela Oyj of the equity funds administrated by them has            
decreased below 5 per cent due to stock exchange trading. The share of ownership
was changed 17 April 2007.                                                      

The share of ownership of the equity funds administrated by FIM Varainhoito Oy  
from the capital and votes of Martela Oyj 17 April 2007 is:

total 	193 900 shares = 4,67 % of all shares
