Sale of subsidiary company

In  connection to the restructuring of the Group, AS Tallink
Grupp's subsidiary Tallink Silja OY has sold all of its  50%
shareholding in the Norwegian subsidiary Reisevarehuset  AS.
The  shares were sold to Det Nordenfjeldske Dampskibsselskab
AS at the price of NOK 4 million (EUR 0.5 million).

The  net  sales of Reisevarehuset AS amounted  to  NOK  17,6
million and the company made a net loss of 0.23 million  NOK
in 2006.

The  sale  of the shares results about EEK 6.7 million  (EUR
0.4 million) profit for the Group.
