Lowry and Impinj to Deliver High Performance UHF Gen 2 RFID Solution

Market-Leading Monza(TM) Chip and Speedway(TM) Reader Available to Wal-Mart and DoD Suppliers

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 26, 2007 -- Leading UHF Gen 2 radio frequency identification (RFID) tag chip and reader supplier Impinj, Inc. today announced an agreement with Lowry Computer Products, Inc., a manufacturer and integrator of wireless, RFID, bar code, and data collection solutions, to resell Impinj's high performance GrandPrix™ solution in North America.

The addition of Impinj's GrandPrix solution, comprising the Monza™ tag chip and Speedway™ reader, to Lowry's line of endorsed RFID products expands the availability of the industry's highest performance tags and readers to the automotive, government, and food and drug industries. Lowry's customers, including a significant number of Wal-Mart and DoD suppliers, now have access to the only tag chip and reader combination that carry both EPCglobal's Gen 2 Compliance Certification and Interoperability Certification marks, which assure predictable hardware operation in system implementations.

"Impinj's Speedway reader and Monza chips are excellent additions to our RFID product portfolio," said Mike Lowry, CEO and president of Lowry Computer Products. "The GrandPrix solution provides the performance, quality, and application flexibility that our customers need to successfully deploy RFID systems within their enterprises."

"We are delighted that Lowry selected the GrandPrix solution for new RFID deployments," said William Colleran, president and CEO at Impinj. "Lowry's successful RFID deployment track record affirms Impinj's aggressive RFID adoption initiatives in high growth markets and industries that require the quality and performance of Impinj-powered products."

Successfully deployed in large distribution centers and retail stores worldwide, the GrandPrix solution addresses the most important RFID deployment criteria for demanding supply chain and item-level environments -- high tag throughput rates, high read and programming reliability, and secure track-and-trace capability.
