RouteMatch Software Acquires NaviTrans, Division of Laidlaw Transit Services

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 30, 2007 -- RouteMatch Software, Inc. today announced it has completed an agreement to acquire NaviTrans, a division of Laidlaw Transit Services. As part of the agreement, RouteMatch Software will hire all former NaviTrans employees and begin supporting all NaviTrans customers representing medium to large transportation providers across the country.

Much of our efforts at Laidlaw Transit Services were in this arena, so we are very pleased that we can continue initiatives that we started with Laidlaw."

After the merger, relevant features from the NaviTrans Navigator product will be integrated with RouteMatch's family of software solutions.
