VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
We hereby notify the market that, as at the date of this announcement, Group 4
Securicor plc's capital consists of 1,280,657,848 ordinary shares with voting
rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Group 4 Securicor plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
