DSV A/S - registered bonus issue and change in denomination

On 30 April 2007, the ordinary general meeting of DSV A/S decided to increase
the company's share capital through a 1:4 bonus issue. At the same time it was
decided to reduce the denomination of the company's share from DKK 2 to DKK 1. 

Consequently, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 161,200,000
new shares of DKK 1 to listing in the DSV share with effect from 8 May 2007. At
the same time the denomination and ISIN code will be changed: 

ISIN: DK0010262914
New ISIN: DK0060079531
Name in Official List: DSV

The last day of trading in DSV shares in the ISIN code DK0010262914 with a
denomination of DKK 2 and carrying the right to receive bonus shares will be 7
May 2007, whereas the first day of trading in DSV shares in the ISIN code
DK0060079531 with a denomination of DKK 1 and not carrying the right to receive
bonus shares will be 8 May 2007.
