LoadSpring Solutions Grows Sales and Technical Operations

Industry Veterans Add Expertise to Advance Sales & Customer Support


LAWRENCE, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 3, 2007 -- LoadSpring Solutions today announced two additions to its sales and technical operations departments. Michael Thompson has joined LoadSpring as director of corporate sales and Michael Kennedy has been appointed to vice president of technical operations. The company's additions come as a direct response to its continued customer growth, both long term and newly acquired.

Corporate Sales

Joining as the new director of corporate sales, Michael Thompson brings significant territory sales and key account management experience to LoadSpring. Prior to LoadSpring, Thompson was sales manager for the New England territory of Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 company that addresses the IT needs of small and medium-sized businesses around the world. Additionally, Thompson was a senior executive account manager at PC Connection, where he worked directly with upper management and IT departments to meet the technology needs of companies like Whirlpool, Sports Authority, BCE Emergis and others. Thompson comes to LoadSpring with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology and Chemistry from the University of Maine, Farmington.

Technical Operations

Michael Kennedy has been appointed to vice president of technical operations after working as LoadSpring's senior systems administrator. With more than eight years of management and technical experience in computer and network security related fields, Kennedy will be responsible for managing operations of LoadSpring's two data centers, upgrades to the CAM Console and maintenance of existing technical contracts. Prior to joining LoadSpring, Kennedy was the project leader for systems administration at SunGard BSR. While reporting to the vice president of support, he managed a team dedicated to network security, server implementation and availability, along with help desk operations. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
