Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The buyer was represented in the sale by Tim Hearn of KLNB Management.

Known to area shoppers as "Hyde Park Station," the property is located at 1565 Hyde Park Road, in between Southeast Blvd. to the west and Back River Neck Road to the east. It is situated on a highly visible parcel containing approximately 7.46 acres of land and features 57,077 square feet of rentable space. The one story structure contains 8 tenant suites ranging from 1,200 square feet to 37,119 square feet, and is anchored by a Food Lion full-service grocery store.

Essex, a suburb of Baltimore, is located approximately 7 miles southeast of Baltimore on a peninsula surrounded by the Back River and Middle River, which are inlets of the Chesapeake Bay. As of the 2000 Census, there were 39,078 people residing in the City of Essex. Essex can be accessed via Interstate 695 (I-695).
