Multimax Appoints Experienced U.S. Air Force Communications Professional

Edward F. Murphy Brings Tactical Communications Experience to Company's Air Force Team

Murphy as Director, Air Force Business Development. In this position, Murphy will lead corporate Air Force business development efforts and Multimax operations at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), Ill., and related Air Force locations.

A seasoned Air Force communications expert, Murphy brings to Multimax an extensive knowledge of Air Force and DoD Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) systems, as well as 30 years of experience planning, organizing, and leading diverse military organizations. Most recently, he served as an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for developing organizations and processes to support Air Force transformation initiatives in the communications and information arenas. Murphy's prior experience includes executive-level leadership positions within the Air Force as J6, Director of Communications, Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa; Air Mobility Command Deputy A6, Communications and Information Systems at Scott AFB; and Commander, 88th Communications Group at Wright-Patterson AFB.
