Director's Holdings

Providence has today been notified by Mr Peter Kidney that, on 10 May, 2007,and 14 May 2007 he disposed of 100,000 and 750,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the capital of the Company, by way of sale at a price of euro 7.6 cent and 7.5 cent per share respectively. Following this disposal, Mr Kidney holds 805,628 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03 % of the issued ordinary share capital.
