Franklin Wireless Reports Stronger Quarterly Earnings for Three Months Ended March 31, 2007; This Quarter Sales and Net Income Equivalent to the Combined Total of Previous Three Quarters
SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 --Franklin Wireless Corp. (PINKSHEETS: FKLT)
reported stronger quarterly results for the period ended March 31, 2007
compared to last quarter ended December 31, 2006.
Franklin Wireless' sales reached $3,226,915 for three months ended March
31, 2007 compared to $1,800,622 for three months ended December 31, 2006.
Net income also sharply increased to $383,214 from $213,659 for three
months ended March 31, 2007 and December 31, 2006 respectively.
For the quarter, Franklin USB modem sales grew 79% compared to the previous
quarter, and there were four consecutive quarters of average 70% growth in
sales every quarter. The sales and net income in this quarter are almost
equal to the combined total of previous three quarters.
The increase in sales and net income results from greater Franklin's brand
recognition and consistency in product quality perceived by the North and
South American carriers.
