Equities: Din Bostad Sverige AB transferred back from the observation segment (151/07)

Din Bostad Sverige AB (previously know as Tripep AB) notified the Stockholm Stock Exchange on August 25th, 2006 that the company has signed an agreement to acquire residential property and that the current business shall be transferred to the shareholders and listed on First North.

The Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE) decided due to the significant change in the company’s line of business that the shares in the company should be traded on the observation segment and the company was to undertake a new listing review.  

Following the listing review of the company the Company Committee of the SSE has determined that the company meets the requirements, which are applicable to companies listed at the SSE. The SSE has therefore decided that the trading in Din Bostad Sverige AB (ISIN-kod SE0000614695 and order book ID 5256) will be transferred back to its ordinary position with effect from Friday, May 25th, 2007.
