EuroInvestor.com - preliminary announcement regarding initial public offering

Euroinvestor.com A/S makes an offering of 1,680,000 new shares of DKK 1 at a
fixed price of DKK 10.50 per share. The subscription period will commence on,
and include, 6 June 2007 and will close no later than 8 June 2007. Provided
that all the new shares have been sold, the offering can be closed earlier than
8 June 2007 however no sooner than 6 June at 16 pm. 

Provided that the Copenhagen Stock Exchange approves the distribution of
shares, Euroinvestor.com is expected to be listed on the Copenhagen Stock
Exchange on 14 June 2007.
