SOLTEQ'S SUBSIDIARY ARTEKUS TO MERGE WITH SOLTEQ
The boards of directors of Solteq Plc and Artekus Oy have prepared a plan
Artekus to merge with its parent company Solteq. The merger plan was entered
into Finnish Trade register today 30.5.2007 and the planned registration date
for the implementation of the merger is October 1, 2007.
The merger is primarily decided by the boards of directors of the companies
involved. In case, the shareholders of Solteq Plc representing minimum twentieth
(5%) of the company's shares insist, the matter is dealt by the extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders.
The shareholders are informed on the conditional treatment in extraordinary
general meeting by separate advertisement according to the articles of
association and the chapter 16 section 10 of Companies Act.
