Voting Rights and Share Capital

Pursuant to § 17, 2) in Executive Order No. 226 of 15 March 2007 on Obligations
of Issuers, it is hereby informed that Rockwool International A/S' total
nominal share capital amounts to DKK 219,749,230, divided into 13,072,800
A-shares of DKK 10 and 8.902.123 B-shares of DKK 10. The total voting rights
are 139,630,123 as 1 A-share is entitled to 10 votes and 1 B-share is entitled
to 1 vote.
