Under section 17(2) of the Danish Executive Order no. 226 of 15th March 2007 on
the disclosure requirements of issuers on OMX Copenhagen Stock Exchange, we
hereby announce that, as of today, P/F Atlantic Petroleum's share capital
totals DKK 112,573,000 divided into 1,125,730 shares of DKK 100 corresponding
to 1,125,730 voting rights.
