Tele2 divest UNI2 Denmark to TDC Hosting A/S


Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A
and TEL2 B), Europe's leading alternative telecom operator, today
announced that it has sold UNI2 Denmark to TDC Hosting A/S.

At the end of Q1 2007, UNI2 Denmark had approximately 3500 Danish
business customers. In 2006 UNI2 Denmark had revenue of MSEK 67 and
EBITDA of MSEK 6. The company has approximately 30 employees. The
transaction will have a positive one time effect on Tele2 of
approximately MSEK 50.
