Share Capital and Votes

With reference to section 17 (2) of Executive Order No. 226 of 15 March 2007 on
the Issuers' Closing Obligations it is herby confirmed that the total share
capital of GN Store Nord amounts to DKK 833,441,052 consisting of a total of
208,360,263 shares of DKK 4 each. 

Each share amount of DKK 1 carries one vote, meaning that each share of DKK
4 carries four votes corresponding to a total of 833,441,052 votes.
