Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, it is hereby announced that the total nominal
share capital of Thrane & Thrane A/S amounts to DKK 110,130,520 which is made up
of 5,506,526 shares of a nominal value of DKK
20 corresponding to 5,506,526 voting rights.
