ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF A CHANGE IN THE SHAREHOLDING IN OUTOTEC OYJ
In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10 Outotec Oyj announces that UBS AG's (CH-270.3.004.646-4/) group holding in shares of Outotec Oyj on May 31, 2007 has fallen below 5%. UBS AG's group holding in shares of Outotec amounted to 1,338,274 shares, which represented 3.19% of the share capital and votes in the company.
The share capital of Outotec consists of 42,000,000 shares and each share is entitled to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders.
