Concerning acquisition of the parts of the limited liability company established in the Republic of Ukraine

We inform, that on 01 June, 2007 AB “Hanner” signed the Parts purchase-sale
contract. Under above mentioned contract AB “Hanner” shall acquire 50% of the
limited liability company ”Pidpriemstvo Vaizbunas”, established in the Republic
of Ukraine, identification code 3162980, registered in Kiev city, Dniprovsk
region state administration on 3 February, 2005, record No. 1 067 123 000
001912, address: Ukraine, 02160, Kiev city, Vozzjednannia av. 7-230, parts. The
statutory capital of limited liability company ”Pidpriemstvo Vaizbunas” is
