Rezidor to open a new Park Inn Hotel in Glasgow
On June 15, The Rezidor Hotel Group takes over the hotel “The Langs” in Glasgow
in order to rebrand it; as from October 1, 2007 the property will be named Park
Inn Glasgow City Centre. It features 100 guestrooms - between 2007 and 2009, The
Rezidor Hotel Group will open 20.000 new rooms in total.
Guests of the Park Inn City Centre will benefit from a restaurant, a bar, a spa-& fitness centre and a large meeting room. “The hotel is a perfect addition to
our existing new breed Radisson SAS Hotel in Glasgow and an important step for
our further development in Scotland”, underlines Kurt Ritter, President & CEO of

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the main shopping mall -
Glasgow is known as the second best shopping destination outside London, and
offers some of Scotland's most stylish restaurants and bars in the hip quarter

Design” - furthermore, it is the UK's largest retail centre after London.
