CHANGE OF NAME
In accordance with a special resolution passed at its Annual General Meeting on
31 May 2007, Group 4 Securicor plc has changed its name to G4S plc. The change
became effective on 1 June 2007.
This change has been made to reflect the brand identity which has been adopted
throughout the group and marks a further step in the group's progress since the
merger in 2004 between Securicor and the security businesses of Group 4 Falck.
