MORAGA, CA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - MPF-NY 2007, LLC; MPF Badger Acquisition Co., LLC; MPF Senior Note Program I, LP; SCM Special Fund, LLC; MPF Income Fund 23, LLC; MPF DeWaay Premier Fund 4, LLC; MPF Special Fund 8, LLC; MPF Acquisition Co. 3, LLC; and MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, LP (the "Purchasers") have extended the expiration date with respect to their tender offer for units of limited partnership interests (the "Units") in CENTURY PROPERTIES GROWTH FUND XXII (the "Partnership"), through July 15, 2007 and increased the Offer Price to $150 per Unit.

As of the date hereof, a total of 64 Units have been tendered by Unitholders and not withdrawn. No other Units have been tendered to date.
