SAN BRUNO, CA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - Adify Corporation, the leading provider of technology and services that power online vertical advertising networks, today announced the addition of three new executives to its quickly expanding sales and marketing teams. Robert Lutsky joins Adify as vice president of media sales for the East Coast while Richard Johnson will serve as vice president of media sales for the West Coast. Joelle Gropper Kaufman will head up worldwide marketing as vice president of marketing. The additions will help Adify manage and fuel its rapid growth on the heels of strategic investments, several partnerships with major media companies and the emergence of dozens of new Adify-powered vertical advertising networks.

Lutsky is an 18-year veteran of advertising, media sales and direct marketing. He previously worked with Adify co-founders Russell Fradin and Larry Braitman at Flycast Network as the company's New York sales director. Prior to joining Adify, Lutsky spent five years at Interevco and also worked in special interest media for 10 years with Ziff Davis Publishing and CMP Media.

Johnson brings 15 years of sales and interactive advertising experience to Adify, having previously worked for top brands Bank of America and Tiffany & Co. as well as, ValueClick and WeatherBug. Johnson also sits on the board of LVIMA and is the co-chair of the sponsorship committee at BIG.

Kaufman has 14 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development. Before coming to Adify, she served as VP of marketing and sales development for Reactivity, Inc., the leading provider of XML networking solutions that was acquired by Cisco in March 2007. Prior to Reactivity, Kaufman worked for RSA Security Lifespire, Inc., NetDynamics, Firefly Networks, Inc., and Deloitte Consulting.

Vertical advertising networks built on Adify's platform allow traditional media companies to extend their brands, capture niche audiences of the long tail and increase the value of their advertising for themselves, advertisers and sites in their network. Media companies and publishers are turning to Adify's Build Your Own Network (BYON) advertising platform to build new vertical networks that expand their advertising sales inventory and reach by collaborating with leading publishers of independent sites in targeted demographics. Big names in publishing who recently adopted Adify's specialized ad networks include WashingtonPost.Newsweek Interactive's Sponsored Blogroll, Time Warner and Reed Business.

"The additions of Richard, Robert and Joelle will expand our international marketing efforts and U.S. media presence. Each plays a vital role in helping Adify develop strong partnerships and recognition with some of the most respected brands in mainstream media," said Russ Fradin, CEO of Adify. "We've seen a tremendous amount of interest in our BYON model from both large media players as well as individual companies and entrepreneurs looking to take advantage of the burgeoning vertical ad network opportunity. Richard, Robert and Joelle expand our sales and marketing leadership team and together we will lead the way for Adify's customers to create vertical ad networks and be the go-to options for reaching high-value, highly targeted audiences."
