The Company will supply approximately 27,000 feet of 84-inch diameter steel pipe valued at approximately $11 million for an engineered and custom fabricated piping system to be installed in the Freeport Pipeline Facilities Project. The pipe is expected to be manufactured in the Company's Portland, Oregon or Adelanto, California division, with delivery scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Northwest Pipe Company manufactures welded steel pipe in three business segments. Its Water Transmission Group is a leading supplier of large diameter, high-pressure steel pipe products that are used primarily for water infrastructure in North America. Its Tubular Products Group manufactures smaller diameter steel pipe for a wide range of construction, agricultural, energy, industrial and mechanical applications.
