On 11 June 2007, application was made for 50,750 shares in Galapagos NV (the "Company") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the exercise of employee warrants. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 15 June 2007.
