Purchase of Maaleht majority share

According to a prior contract signed by AS Ekspress Grupp a number of purchased
shares has increased from 4049 to 7266, which makes ca 93% of AS Maaleht share
capital. 
 
The exact number of purchased shares will be announced in two weeks, after
which the purchase agreement will be confirmed. 
 
The purchase agreement enters into force after Estonian Competion Board's
approval.
