AS Ekspress Grupp poolt sõlmitud eellepingu kohaselt on ostetavate aktsiate arv esialgselt 4049-lt tõusnud 7266-ni, mis teeb ca 93% AS Maaleht aktsiakapitalist. Ostetavate aktsiate lõplik arv selgub lähema kahe nädala jooksul. Seejärel kinnitatakse ostu-müügileping. Ostu-müügilepingu jõustamiseks on vajalik Konkurentsiameti nõusolek.
