FortuNet Provides Financial Guidance for the Second Quarter of 2007

LAS VEGAS, June 15, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- FortuNet, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:FNET) today provided financial guidance for the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2007.

For the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2007, the Company currently expects sales revenues in a range of $4.1 million to $4.3 million, as compared with sales revenues of $4.0 million for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2006. For the six months ending June 30, 2007, the Company currently expects sales revenues in a range of $8.4 million to $8.6 million, as compared with sales revenues of $8.0 million for the same six month period in 2006.

For the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2007, the Company currently expects earnings per share of approximately 8 cents, representing an increase of approximately 8 cents as compared with the earnings per share for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2006. For the six months ending June 30, 2007, the Company currently expects earnings per share in a range of 18 to 20 cents, as compared with earnings per share of approximately 6 cents for the same six month period in 2006.
