New shares issued in Bure

The duration period for Bure's warrants of series 2003/2007 ended on 15 June
2007. From the date of the latest quarterly report, 31 March, until 15 June 2007
the number of new shares issued from exercised warrants increased with
464,156,372 shares. Bure received a total amount of around SEK 348M for the new
shares issued.

After the new share issue the number of shares in Bure amounts to 1,120,569,670.
Of the total amount of outstanding shares Bure itself holds in total 56,332,000
shares. At the moment there are no further warrant programs in Bure.
