ETM to Add State Forms Supplement to Wings

Release Will Deliver State and Premium Tax Forms in Time for Filing Season

MARION, IA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2007) - Eagle Technology Management, Inc. (ETM) will add its State Forms Supplement module (SFS) to the Wings platform in the next regularly scheduled release of Wings in mid-November. That will allow Wings users in all of the country's 52 filing jurisdictions to take advantage of SFS when state filings and premium taxes are due in early 2008.

"We've combined the power of our State Forms Supplement with the flexibility of our State Filing Express package," said Larry Kane, ETM's president. "And we've added it to the efficiency and accuracy of the shared Wings environment. The announcement was received with resounding affirmation at our recently concluded Wings User Conference."

In addition to the functionality already incorporated into SFS, the new release will feature enhancements that include:

-- More than 1,500 state-specific filing forms

-- Customizable due-date and calendaring functions

-- Links to annual statement source data in finished state forms

-- The ability to work on multiple companies under one login.
